Mitch Kraft: President

Mitch Kraft was born in Minot, North Dakota.  Kraft moved to the family farm in Plaza, North Dakota the summer before he entered the fifth grade.  After graduating from Plaza High School, he attended Minot State University and received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Management.  

Kraft is proud to be active in our community, including being the past president of the state local chapter of Phi Beta Lambda, past president of the Minot Association of Builders and past president of the Minot swim club.

Lacey Laudenschlager: Vice President

Lacey Laudenschlager is a native of Sawyer, ND.  She graduated in 2001 and is very proud of her small town roots. After high school, she attended Minot State University where she was part of the women’s basketball team and was involved in student government.  She later transferred to the University of North Dakota where she remained involved in student government, ultimately graduating with degrees in history and Spanish.   

Lacey’s professional background includes education and real estate.  She has been involved in various organizations throughout the Minot Community.  She is currently a member of Power of the Purse, a giving circle within the Minot Area Community Foundation whose mission is to support women’s and children’s programs.  She is also a part of the MSU Beaver Boosters and serves on the MSU Board of Regents.

Lacey and her husband, Erik, have 5 children.  Jack (15), Selia (13), Sofia (11), Elise (8) and Ella (1).  Jack, Selia, Sofia and Elise are 4th generation MPS students!  Their great grandmother graduated from Minot High in 1933!  She and Erik enjoy spending the majority of their time following their children's activities and love family time at Lake Metigoshe.

Bill Irmen: Member

Bill Irmen grew up in Sawyer, ND. He graduated from Minot State University. He taught at Jim Hill Middle School for 32 years. 

Bill and his wife, Amy, have two daughters. Madison and Riley are proud Minot High School graduates. 

Bill currently works as a construction inspector for the Indian Health Service.

Sabrina Herrmann: Member

Sabrina Herrmann is a native of Minot ND, this is her hometown. Herrmann graduated from Minot High School and received her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with a focus on history & Native American Studies, she later received her Masters of Science in Management both from Minot State University. She has worked in the financial sector and in education, she currently is the Communications Director at a local engineering & architecture firm. 

Herrmann dedicates a lot of her spare time to service groups & serving the community; she is active in the Optimist Club, Minot Chamber Ambassadors, MSU Alumni Board and a board member of MACA. She also volunteers for Meals on Wheels & Project Bee and has done projects with Roosevelt Park Zoo and served lunch for the MPS Summer Lunch Program. She also enjoys gardening, traveling, and home renovations. 

Herrmann is married to Travis, and they have two daughters, Carson (26) & Riley (24), both of their daughters are Minot High graduates as well.

Scott Louser: Member

Scott was born in Minot and graduated Minot High School in 1989.  He attended Minot State University and graduated with a Business Administration degree.  In 1997, he began a career in real estate and continued his education at Minot State, graduating in 2001 with a Masters of Management degree.  He is the broker/owner of NextHome Legendary Properties.

Scott was the North Dakota Association of Realtors state president in 2005 and was the National Association of Realtors Vice President in 2012.  In 2011, he was first elected to the North Dakota House of Representatives where he continues to serve as the chairman of the Industry Business and Labor committee. He has served on many volunteer committees in the community over the years and has three children (Garett - 22 currently a senior at ASU and a Minot High graduate, 2021, Kamryn - 12 currently attending Jim Hill and Kendyl - 10 currently attending Edison Elementary).
